Victor Hugo’s Apartment is located at Place des Vosages in Marais Area of Paris.   The famous writer / poet rented this place as his residence  from 1832 – 1848. Some of  his major literature were written at this apartment including most of Les Miserable. The apartment is divided into 3 sections displaying his life before during and after his exile in Guernsey. At the Victor Hugo museum you can find his furniture, some personal items, and sample writings. you can visit the grave of Victor Hugo at Pantheon.
